Who We Are

The SRF State Advocates Forum is a convening of advocates across the county working toward equitable implementation of State Revolving Fund dollars. The State Revolving Fund (SRF) State Advocates Forum and our partners play a pivotal role in holding SRF state administrators accountable to the communities they serve, shaping state SRF program priorities, influencing policy reforms, and ensuring that the SRFs fulfill their mission of delivering safe, reliable, affordable water for all. Forum co-conveners and members have contributed to a large body of work on the SRFs – from technical deep dives summarizing the core elements of the program, to analyses of best practices, to in-person meetings with state SRF administrators.

The Forum is made up of 240 members representing 127 unique organizations
advocating for SRF reforms across 34 states and at the national level.
